Carol and her family spent a lot of time with both her parents’ relatives. Her faith was nourished and nurtured by her Great-Grandma Bay and her Grandma Oliver (on her mother’s side). Roger Rossi - Pianist / Organist We are blessed to have Roger’s musical talent and wonderful sense of humor. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Roger studied classical piano with Mary Findley Ades (Brightwaters, NY) for eight years. He also studied with James Ball, Professor of Piano Studies at Crane School of Music in Potsdam, New York. Roger has been a full-time professional musician for 57 years. He has performed pop, jazz, rock, big band, Broadway, and Dixieland music throughout New England, Canada, Upstate New York, New York City, Long Island, and since 1972 in Florida. Roger has a long list of credits. He has composed many compositions, on of which is a beautiful version of the Ave Maria. It was premiered initially at St. Paul of the Cross parish, Palm Beach Gardens (Florida) and later at the Vero Beach Choral Society, directed by Dr. Marcos Flores who presented the Hawley Ades choral arrangement of the piece in its World Premier. Later, world renowned opera star, Susan, Neves, requested permission to perform Roger’s piece in concert. He granted permission and accompanied Ms. Neves.
